Planned as it was… There was a luncheon today, I had turkey breast and small portions of stuffing and potatoes. also had dessert. My intention is to offset that with protein the rest of the day and less the heavier carbohydrates. I walked right after work in an attempt to curb the blood sugar spike. I am just now sitting for the first time in 5 hours … I think it’ll be ok. 🤣 moderation.
